Who is responsible

The 07:10 Dispatch
When you request the Dispatch, your email address is processed to send the newsletter. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. A double-opt-in email asks you to confirm the subscription before the address joins the list.
Brevo processes newsletter data on the Bureau’s behalf, including the email address, subscription and confirmation records, delivery status, and interactions needed to operate and protect the mailing list. Read Brevo’s privacy policy.
The address is retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or ask for deletion, unless a limited suppression record is required to honour an earlier opt-out. Every dispatch includes an unsubscribe link. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Website measurement
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated, cookie-free statistics such as page views, approximate country, device type, and referring page. The Bureau uses these statistics to understand whether anyone has entered the building and which rooms they inspected. The reports are not used for advertising or personal profiling.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the data-protection authority responsible for you. The Austrian authority is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde.
